| BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS |
- All bookings require a non refundable, non transferable deposit of 50% of total cost within 6 weeks prior to arrival.
- Special weekends and bank holidays are payble in full at time of booking.
- Unless prior arrangements have been made (late arrival) we reserve the right to re-let a pitch unclaimed by 8pm on the evening of arrival.
- Pitches must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure. Extended stays may be available by prior arrangement.
- Your pitch may be available during the morning. However, if not, it is guaranteed to be available from 2pm on the day of your arrival.
- No refunds will be given for early departure.
- Greenloch House will not accept liability for any personal loss, injury or damage which may be suffered by visitors or their property during their stay.
- Greenloch House reserves the right to refuse any booking or to evict any person at their discretion.
- No vans or commercial vehicles.
- Awnings are permitted at no extra cost, but breathable ground sheets only are to be used.
- Owners of dogs are responsible for their behaviour and must ensure that dogs are on leads and under control at all times.
- Owners must ensure that their pets do not foul the site and that ny faeces are removed.
- All rubbish is to be placed in the appropriate bins.
